Cancellation policy

Registration fees will only be refunded if the notice of cancellation is received by IFFR before April 30, 2020. The cancellation fee is €20.

Cancellations after April 30, 2020 and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

There is no reason (including but not limited to illness, inability to travel, visa application rejection, travel restrictions, etc.) for registration cancellation that makes the above-mentioned deadline for cancellations inapplicable.

Cancellation by Organiser

In case the IFFR conference is cancelled by the Organiser, participants will receive a full refund. Liability will be limited to the amount of the fees paid by the participant and there will not be any additional liability to Organiser or the Service Provider, event hosts or any other individual associated with the event organization.

Force Majeure

In the event that IFFR is prevented from carrying out its obligations as a result of any cause beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, acts of terrorism, disease or pandemic, virus propagation, airline flight cancellations, strikes, lock-outs, floods, and failure of third parties to deliver goods or services, IFFR shall be relieved of its obligations and liabilities for as long as i) fulfilment is prevented; and/or ii) performance becomes impossible, at which time the provisions under the "Cancellation" section above, particularly for postponement or cancellation of the Event by IFFR, shall apply.

In a force majeure case, the event will be re-scheduled, and all delegates will be informed about the new dates. Should they decide to cancel though, they will receive a refund (minus a €20 cancellation fee).

Insurance

The organizers cannot accept liability for personal accident, loss, or damage to private property, which may be incurred as a result of the participation in the Asset Management for Occupational Pension Funds conference. Participants are, therefore, advised to arrange appropriate insurance coverage. This should apply not only to travel but also to cancellation costs.
